These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website vjseomarketing.com and the digital marketing services provided by VJ SEO Marketing ("Agency", "We", "Us"). By accessing our website or hiring our agency, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

VJ SEO Marketing provides digital growth services, including but not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Audits
• Pay-Per-Click Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Web Analytics & Tracking Setup
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs for your project will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal signed by both parties.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While we employ industry best practices and data-driven strategies to improve your digital performance, we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., #1 ranking on Google, specific ROAS, or exact lead numbers).

Digital marketing is influenced by third-party platforms (Google, Facebook) whose algorithms change frequently. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

3. Fees and Payments

• Service Fees: Fees for our management services are due in advance on a monthly basis, unless otherwise specified in your Service Agreement.
• Ad Spend: You are responsible for paying all media costs (Ad Spend) directly to the ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.). VJ SEO Marketing does not finance ad spend.
• Late Payments: We reserve the right to pause or terminate services if invoices remain unpaid for more than 7 days past the due date.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of the campaign, the Client agrees to:

• Provide necessary access to accounts (Google Ads, Analytics, Website CMS, etc.) in a timely manner.
• Provide creative assets (images, videos, logos) required for ads.
• Approve ad copy or strategies within agreed timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

• Client Property: Any data, accounts, and creative assets you provide to us remain your property.
• Agency Property: Any proprietary tools, scripts, methodologies, or audit templates developed by VJ SEO Marketing remain our intellectual property.
• Work Product: Upon full payment, the final output of our services (e.g., ad campaigns setup, optimized web pages) becomes your property.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VJ SEO Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

• Algorithm updates by search engines or ad platforms.
• Ad account suspensions or disapprovals by third-party platforms.
• Service interruptions or hacking of your website.

7. Termination

Unless otherwise stated in your Service Agreement, either party may terminate the service with a 30-day written notice. No refunds will be issued for services already performed or for the current billing cycle.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Surat.
